This chapter explains the project management process in detail and promotes a basic understanding of the individual project steps and the underlying SAP functionality. You take on the roles of a production planner, a production manager, a payment officer and a cost accountant. You will create and structure a project, report actual times, change costs and monitor costs over the course of the project.
